Guselkumab is a human IgG1 lambda monoclonal antibody that targets interleukin-23. IL-23 is an inflammatory cytokine that is reponsible for the activation of the CD4+ T-helper (Th17) cell pathway in the inflammatory cascade that induces psoriatic plaque formation. Guselkumab has been used to treat psoriasis. It has been sold under the trade name Tremfya.
Guselkumab Biosimilar - Anti-IL23A mAb, on SDS-PAGE under reducing and non-reducing condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the antibody is greater than 95%.
