R&D Assistant / Technician

You will assist with and contribute to research and development projects for the company’s various departments (antibody discovery, development of CHO mammalian cell lines with unique and advanced capabilities for the production of therapeutic recombinant proteins, by carrying out targeted genetic modifications through genome editing, etc.)

You will also be involved in the various stages of development for client projects or company projects (such as the creation of new products).
Rigorous attention to detail is essential to carry out experiments successfully and ensure
equipment maintenance, stock management, and the maintenance of laboratory logs, protocols and procedures.

Curiosity and a passion for the field are essential, as scientific monitoring is a key aspect of this role.

AI – Bioinformatics

Bioinformatician

You will use your skills to develop artificial intelligence tools for research into therapeutic antibodies. In particular, you will help configure the tools and collect and format data, with the support of our artificial intelligence experts.

The key skills for this role lie in your knowledge of the field of antibodies, and more specifically antibody engineering, humanisation, affinity maturation, bispecific engineering, ADCs, CAR-T, etc.

You will act as the liaison for the head of the artificial intelligence business unit and will be able to manage their team, which includes data scientists.

Business Developer

As a business developer, you will be responsible for implementing sales initiatives with the aim of increasing the company’s overall turnover.

You will be required to meet specific targets across our various departments (protein production, antibody development, peptide synthesis and gene synthesis) as well as for our products.

You may be asked to contribute to the company’s strategic sales and communication planning.

You will pass on your well-qualified leads to the account managers, and your role lies between the marketing team and the account management team.

Account Manager

You act as the link between our laboratories and our clients, proposing and advising them on the best development strategy to follow.
The role of account manager has two main aspects at ProteoGenix. The first is client relations: properly understanding the client’s needs, devising production or development strategies to meet the challenge set by the client, and preparing a quotation with the laboratory’s assistance. You will then manage the flow of information to both the client and the laboratory, giving the role an international dimension.
Furthermore, you will also handle all other aspects of project management, such as time and budget management, both to meet the client’s specifications and to ensure the profitability of projects for ProteoGenix.

You will certainly enjoy monitoring the laboratory’s results, adjusting the development/production strategy where necessary, preparing reports to communicate these results to the client, and discussing the next steps and direction for the project.
Finally, you will contribute to achieving the revenue targets for your services.
