Flow Cytometry results for Human CD3E (OKT3) Monoclonal Antibody

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD3E antibody. Human Jurkat cell line were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-human CD3E antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # ARO-A15835 , Red Histogram) at a concentration of 20 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a CoraLite488 conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # PTX17816) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
