Cetuximab is a chimeric (mouse/human) monoclonal antibody. It inhibits epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and is used to treat metastatic colorectal cancer, metastatic non-small cell lung cancer and head and neck cancer. This product is for research use only.
Cetuximab Biosimilar - Anti-hEGFR mAb, on SDS-PAGE under reducing and non-reducing condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the antibody is greater than 95%.
