Obinutuzumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that can be used in combination with chlorambucil to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It was sold under the Gazyva brand. There are black box warnings of fatal hepatitis B virus (HBV) reactivation and fatal progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML).
Obinutuzumab Biosimilar - Anti-MS4A1, CD20 mAb, on SDS-PAGE under reducing and non-reducing condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the antibody is greater than 95%.
