General information on Anti-MSTN/GDF-8(Homo sapiens) (Stamulumab) Monoclonal Antibody
Stamulumab is an experimental drug that inhibits myostatin and can be used to treat muscular dystrophy (MD). Myostatin is a protein that inhibits the growth of muscle tissue. Stamulumab is a recombinant human antibody targetting and inhibiting the activity of myostatin. It is a G1 immunoglobulin antibody that can bind to myostatin and prevent it from binding to its target site, thereby inhibiting the growth-limiting effect of myostatin on muscle tissue.

Stamulumab Biosimilar - Anti-MSTN, GDF-8 mAb, on SDS-PAGE under reducing and non-reducing condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the antibody is greater than 95%.
