Necitumumab Biosimilar - Anti-EGFR, ERBB1 mAb binds to Human EGFR/ERB1/HER1 in indirect ELISA Assay

Immobilized EGFR / ERBB1 / HER1, C-His, recombinant protein (cat. No. PX-P5701) at 0.5µg/mL (100µL/well) can bind Necitumumab Biosimilar - Anti-EGFR, ERBB1 mAb (cat. No. PX-TA1209) in indirect ELISA with Goat Anti-Human IgG secondary antibody coupled with HRP measured by OD450 giving an EC50 at 159.1M.

Necitumumab Biosimilar - Anti-EGFR, ERBB1 mAb, on SDS-PAGE under reducing and non-reducing condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the antibody is greater than 95%.
