High-Throughput B-Cell Isolation
Up to 960 antigen-specific B cells are isolated per run using high-resolution FACS, with each cell individually sorted and cultured.
Functional Validation & Antigen Positivity Confirmation
Each sorted B cell is monitored and tested to confirm antigen-specific binding, ensuring only truly positive clones move forward.
Ranking & Top Candidate Selection
Validated clones are ranked by performance. The top 10 highest-performing B-cell clones are selected for downstream processing.
VH/VL Sequence Recovery
Heavy and light chain variable sequences are recovered from the top clones using a validated amplification workflow that preserves natural VH/VL pairing.
Recombinant Antibody Production
Selected sequences are expressed in ProteoGenix’s CHO platform to produce recombinant antibodies at scale.
QC & Functional Validation
Produced antibodies undergo quality control and functional validation to confirm performance and suitability for the project’s application.
